Cut N Dry Restoration in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is actively seeking a full-time Water Mitigation Technician to handle the preparation of jobs and provide precision demolition for the removal of structural water damage. Our Water Mitigation Technicians typically work Monday through Friday between 8 AM to 4:30 PM with some weekends and on-call night shifts. This construction position comes with a competitive wage of $16 - $18/hour, based on experience with opportunities for growth. ABOUT CUT N DRY RESTORATION

Cut N Dry Restoration started out as a small family-owned business with the goal of providing high-level service that sets us about the rest. Since our beginning, we have kept countless homes safe and free of harmful mold and bacteria commonly associated with water damage. Our team of dedicated and compassionate IICRC-certified technicians care deeply about ensuring clients can come home to a safe living space and will work day in and day out to make that happen.

To ensure our services are top-notch, we implement continual training for our team and cultivate an open atmosphere where each person does their part for shared success. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WATER MITIGATION TECHNICIAN

  • 1 year of water mitigation experience
  • Knowledge about basic technology
  • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
