Background

  • 1+ years of experience as Associate Attorney.
  • Handle civil litigation cases related to asbestos/toxic torts defense.
  • Focuses on asbestos, lung cancer and consumer litigation
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage case files efficiently.
