Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years CURRENT successful leadership experience strongly preferred.
- MUST HAVE CURRENT MULTIPLE SPECIALTY EXPRIENCE (MS, ICU, PCU, ED, NICU, etc)
- Experience in successfulconflict resolution preferred.
- Demonstrated working knowledgeof the daily operations of an acute care
- Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
- Working knowledge of staffingsystems preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Documented evidence ofcontinuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.
- Must be an RN
- COVID Vaccination proof
- Massachusetts license
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
