Performs specific secretarial and administrative duties required in the daily function of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, such as, checking patient accounts, assuring appropriate charges, maintaining procedure volume & bi-weekly/monthly total reports, maintains employee time and attendance reports, performs time edits. Compiles and completes reports, routes reports and data to appropriate organizational staff. Primarily responsible for requisitioning supplies. Aids and assist other persons within the D.I. Department as needed. Maintains a clean work area.

Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements: Preferred high School Diploma or equivalence. Must have good communication and comprehension skills. Should be able to type at an average speed or have experience with a keyboard for data entry. Must be able to spell well enough to use a medical dictionary. Must be able to interact with patients professionally in a clinical or technical setting.
