Digital Sales Person

The Digital Sales plays a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to optimize sales strategies, improve customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role combines analytical skills with industry knowledge to support the sales team in making informed decisions and achieving sales targets.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Represents the company for the sale of machinery to online customers
Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
Has knowledge on online sales and completing sales remotely
Will complete all necessary paperwork digitally
Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
Maintains all customer information for assigned area
Knows and follows a defined sales process
Maintains assigned company equipment
Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events
Conducts new equipment field demonstrations
Monitors trends in online activities and communicates to management
Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Interest in data analysis, digital tools, and the agricultural industry.
Understand digital sales metrics/goals and how these targets are achieved
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, executive management, and cross-functional partners through written and verbal methods
Excellent time management skills
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Access, etc.)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and applying data-driven insights to support sales efforts.
Bilingual candidate with fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages, preferably.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates’ or Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Two (2) years sales or online sales, data analysis experience with proven ability to complete remote sales.
