Position Summary

Student Worker will perform general office tasks and office reception. They will work directly for the professional staff of the VP office and must respect the confidentiality of the Student Affairs office. Students should be dependable, punctual, alert, neat, and professional in appearance. They should possess good social/people skills, basic computer skills and a good work ethic. Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties include
* Greeting visitors cheerfully & courteously
* Answering phones professionally (transferring calls & taking messages)
* Providing information and assistance to visitors and callers
* Computer data entry
* Filing, copying & sorting documents
* Running campus errands
* Assisting with program & event preparations, including BearX and
 Student Affairs social media, and
* other duties as needed
