Job Description

Liberty Healthcare now is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for positions at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid.

The Greer Center is an intermediate care facility which provides a wide array of services to adults who have developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs.

This is a great career opportunity for individuals who have professional or personal caregiving experience – as well as a great opportunity for those who are not yet experienced but would like to be trained.

This is a challenging and rewarding position, with day to day responsibilities including:

Working with directly with clients Continuously monitoring client activities, behaviors, health, and safety Providing appropriate interventions as necessary Engaging in pro-social activities with clients Supporting clients who need assistance with their activities of daily living Helping clients build related skills which will foster independence and good health

As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role you can expect:

$18.54 per hour (approximately $38,500 annually) An additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am  $1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 with first paycheck + $750 after 6 months of employment) 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal days Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, and life insurance Health Savings Account, 401k plan, and other perks Paid training to become a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Opportunities for advancement

You can choose to work one of the following available shifts options:

6:15 am to 3:00 pm 2:15 pm to 11:00 pm 10:30 pm to 7:00 am

Skills & Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you are a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have a genuine interest in serving and supporting people who are living with disabilities.
