As part of our continued growth, we have new opportunity for Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs. 

Position Details: 

Clinic: W. Alondra, Compton Per Diem Schedule: 1-2 days per weekSee patients in Primary Care / outpatient settingInitial consults, routine office visits, well checks and follow-up appointmentsAverage Patients Per Day: 18-20 patients Comfortable seeing patients from newborns to geriatric

We offer competitive per diem rate plus medical malpractice coverage and eligibility for K program.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college. Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Studies program Current AANP CertificationUnrestricted CA NP licenseCurrent CA DEA certificate required prior to start dateMinimum one-year Primary Care experience Comfortable seeing patients of all agesExcellent patient care and time management skillsAbility to work in fast pace environment, team player, adaptable to changing prioritiesTravel to different clinics in designated regionEMR Proficient
