Arcosa, Inc. is seeking a Director of Finance in Tulsa, OK. Reporting to the business unit president, the Director of Finance will oversee accounting team members and back-office shared accounting processes as well as monthly financial reporting for the business unit. This role will help ensure the accounting structure is in place to support growth, both organically and through acquisitions. The role will also act as a key liaison between business unit accountants, IT, corporate accounting, internal and external audit teams and tax. Having a diversified portfolio of businesses, Arcosa is looking for an individual who is flexible and customer-service oriented.

What You'll Do:

Oversees the business unit consolidation and financial reporting process, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements Serves as a business partner to the President and helps to define and execute the Business Unit’s strategy Performs administrative functions within multiple systems including General Ledger reporting hierarchy maintenance and system access, roles, and responsibilities configuration Oversees accounting processes Participates in the integration of acquisitions, focused on both internal and external reporting needs Partners with IT resources for systems implementations, conversions, and upgrades with ownership of meeting financial reporting requirements Collaborates with Principle Accounting Officer on systems related issues and technical accounting concerns Identifies and leverages tools to automate accounting and reporting processes Partners with back-office shared accounting platform to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and recommend process improvements Serves as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors Performs ad hoc financial analysis for the Business Unit President

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree required CPA certification preferred Minimum of years supervisory experience Strong technical accounting and accounting systems knowledge SEC public reporting experience in a large, publicly traded organization preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative in nature Candidate must have a strong attention to detail and good project management skills Candidate must have strong business savvy Industry experience in heavy manufacturing or construction company preferred Team player with strong work ethics and honesty Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Prior experience with Oracle EBS required
