The  Environmental Technician is responsible for supporting and implementing emissions compliance programs across Onshore Resources & Carbon Management Permian business units.

Responsibilities:

·Develop and maintain air compliance programs and systems to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local reporting requirements that are applicable to oil & gas operations.

·Facilitate Business Unit meetings discussing compliance program progress. Provide assistance, training, and communication to business unit personnel and management to aid in achieving compliance goals.

·Assist personnel in understanding and complying with applicable environmental laws, rules and regulations.

·Collaborate with Air Quality members to ensure all compliance activities are being performed at applicable sites/facilities.

·Provide necessary data for Federal, State, and local reporting using Microsoft SQL, PowerBI, and Spotfire reporting.

·Maintain environmental records per regulatory, corporate, and legal requirements using SAP as the source system.

·Collaborate with Field Operations to refine best practices, share knowledge and experiences to streamline compliance programs.
