Hamilton Connections is seeking employees with order machine operation experience for a manufacturing company in Woodbury, CT. 
$18.00 - $20.00 based on experience. Hours: 7 am — 3:30 pm Monday to Friday — No weekends (OT paid after 8 hours as deemed necessary by management) Summary:Machine operators will be required to operate and monitor production equipment and to ensure that production of high-precision components is according to engineering specifications. Requirements1. Strong technical aptitude2.  Attention to detail3. Maintaining the highest standard of quality4. Able to work with very close tolerance5. Able to maintain production and quality records Responsibilities:
  1. Operate and monitor production and replenish materials as needed
  2. Inspect parts off machinery to ensure parts are running to quality standards
  3. Responsible for stopping the machine when parts do not meet requirements
  4.    Maintain production and quality records
  5. Performs basic machine maintenance functions
 Requirements:
  1. Machine operator experience preferred
  2. Mechanical experience preferred
  3. Math & computer skills preferred
  4. Must be detail-oriented
  5. Able to work independently
  6. Excellent communication skills
