This position primarily supports seniors living in our community's independent living.

Ability to Relocate:

• Happy Valley, OR 97086: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person

This is a part-time overnight position, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, 10pm-6:30am. We are seeking a candidate with a blend of customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities of Overnight Concierge include:

• Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the residents behalf if needed and providing first aid
• Light housekeeping in the lobby and theater including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing counters, mopping, and emptying trash and recycling bins
• Respond to maintenance emergencies or escalate to appropriate team member
• Monitoring security cameras
• Answering phone calls
• Answering resident questions or concerns

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Customer Service
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
• Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
• Ability to solve practical problems
