What You’ll Do:
As a Cake Decorator, you will:
Decorate Bakery Items: Top, finish, and decorate a variety of bakery products, including bars, pies, cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes. Enhance Visual Appeal: Boost sales by creating visually appealing and unique bakery items that exceed our guests' expectations. Customer Service: Provide excellent service by assisting guests with their bakery needs, taking special orders, and bringing their cake design visions to life. Stock and Maintain Displays: Keep bakery displays fresh and appealing by rotating products and ensuring adequate stock levels. Quality and Freshness: Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring products are fresh and removing any items that do not meet our standards. Collaborate: Work closely with the Cake Decorator II and other bakery associates to achieve department goals and maintain cleanliness and organization. Food Safety: Keep food safety logs up to date and adhere to all food safety guidelines. Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences Support the Team: Other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For:

Customer Focus: Ability to interact effectively with guests and understand their needs. Work Schedule:
This is an hourly position with a flexible schedule that typically includes mornings, afternoons, weekends, and the potential for evening and holiday shifts as needed.
