Position Title: Informatica Specialist (Senior/SME)

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Washington, DC

Position Overview : Marathon TS is seeking an Informatica Specialist to join our elite team of data aficionados. As an Informatica Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and optimizing data integration solutions using Informatica's state-of-the-art tools. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming complex data landscapes into streamlined, actionable insights, all while embracing the Agile mindset to foster innovation and rapid adaptation.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Informatica data integration solutions. Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and efficiency. Optimize data integration processes to enhance performance and reliability, utilizing tools such as Informatica Data Quality and PowerExchange. Champion Agile methods, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to drive continuous improvement. Collaboratively troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Informatica advancements, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the table.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. An associate degree with an extra three or more years of relevant experience may be substituted for a
bachelor's degree. Experience as an Informatica Specialist, with hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Data Quality, PowerExchange, or similar: + years for Senior level. Solid understanding of data integration best practices, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with Agile principles for iterative and collaborative development. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Exceptional communication skills to work seamlessly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A self-starter attitude with a passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Federal environment, preferably Client ICE Experience supporting ICE Existing and active Client EOD/clearance
Clearance: Must be a Citizen and be able to obtain a Federal government client badge and will
be required to pass a government background investigation.
