Pay Rate:                       $22.00 Hourly Plus Gratuity Pool & Tips                                          

SUMMARY: Savor/ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an immediate opening for a Catering Supervisor at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent Washington.  This position performs event driven operations for premium department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years’ experience in food and beverage service industry.  Arena/Stadium industry preferred but no required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:

  • Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest’s expectations ensuring and exceptional level of service.
  • Support the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Detail oriented and able to perform independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work night, weekends, holidays, and extended hours along with normal business hours.
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu and as much information about the food and beverage offerings available in order to answer any questions guest may have.
  • Assist in the setup, preparation and provide service for functions as required.
  • Must be able to work all games and catering events.
  • Will be responsible for scheduling, event set up and game day set up and execution.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of operation.
  • Organize and keep areas of operation detailed and ready for next event.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Courteous and pleasant toward guest and colleagues.
  • Must be able to have fun and stay in a good frame of mind as this is a hospitality job and if you are not having fun, you are not doing it right.

Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 100 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.  Employees (and family) will be eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision benefits when completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
