You will serve as a positive role model for students while providing close supervision and documenting your observations. You must be a team player and recognize the importance of this position to positive student outcomes. You will support that students are meeting defined daily goals, including hygiene, unit activities, education & therapy meetings. You will confidently intervene during student crisis by using verbal de-escalation skills and other personal safety techniques that you will be trained in. You will use positive verbal skills and coaching to educate students on appropriate behavior and possible outcomes.Qualifications
