Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is currently looking for a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Claymont, DE office. This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in New Castle and Kent Counties.
Nursing Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing one-to-one care in the home
Taking direction from clinical team
Following the plan of care
