Location: Dallas, Texas – 3 days per week onsite

The Senior Director – Fillers Franchise will report directly to the VP, Aesthetics Marketing, and will serve as a key member of the aesthetic leadership team.
He/she will have responsibility for leading the US Restylane team including managing in-market products, execution of new product launches and support of the development of US fillers pipeline assets. This position leads high-level engagement within the entire Aesthetics customer base and works cross functionally to drive overall brand and franchise success.
Essential Functions
•Manages and leads $300M+ US Restylane portfolio including responsibility for short and long-term strategic and outbound tactical marketing plans with the ambition of outpacing market growth.
•Develops strategic and annual business plan for the Restylane brand to exceed targeted business objectives
•Works closely with Global teams to drive product innovation, US-centric product assortment, benefits, vision, and overall messaging based on market insights.
•Development of HCP assets, tactics, and contributes to training content to support brand growth
•Leads cross-functional launch teams to develop 360-degree launch strategies in the US ensuring effective launch planning cadence and cross-functional alignment.
•Oversees forecasting and planning including the MRP process for Restylane
•Work with the Digital team to drive strategy for Restylane omnichannel marketing
•Manages brand P&L including total trade spending, promotional investment, and variable marketing spends
•Responsible for leading marketing team
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proven experience (15+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on product marketing (HCP and/or Consumer), franchise management, and business transformation.
• Proven ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement.
• Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen.
• Demonstrated track record of successful product launch experience, business results, storytelling competencies and challenging the status quo
• Must have a strong sense of urgency and big picture orientation with attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, decision-making process, change management and ability to influence with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to deliver results
• Strong leader with history of building high performing teams and who can inspire others, drive a “winner’s mentality” to add value and work well cross functionally.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal with excellent presentation skills
•A bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred
