  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to identify potential customers in the market.
  • Engage with prospects through effective communication to qualify their interest and needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM, ServiceTitan.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or inside sales.
  • Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on lead qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently
