Position: Kids Club Attendant
Location: Walnut Creek Country Club
Hours: Evening, Wednesday - Friday 5pm - 10pm (Some shifts weekends and holidays)

Job Description: Walnut Creek Country Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and engaging with 5-10 children in our Kids Club during evening hours. This role requires a passion for working with children and ensuring their safety and enjoyment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and interact with children aged 2-12 in a safe and engaging environment.
  • Facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Club.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's activities and behavior.
  • Assist with front desk concierge duties as needed, including greeting members, answering phones, and providing information about club services.
  • Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in a similar setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
