Salary: Starting at $14.00/hour after 90-day review .50 cent raise offered.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
•Work full-time in various areas throughout the shop, including machine operation, packing, and shipping.
•Operate machinery and equipment effectively and efficiently.
•Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
•Adaptable to changing work areas based on workload and individual abilities.
•Accurately read and write, with the ability to use a tape measure (to 1/8" increments or better) and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:
•Strong work ethic and a desire for long-term employment.
•Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
•Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
•Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks.
•Valid driver's license preferred.
