  • Structural assessments and inspections
  • Water infiltration investigations and remediation
  • Concrete repair and restoration
  • Painting, waterproofing, and protective coatings
  • Pavement condition evaluations and design
  • Roofing consulting, design, and management
  • Seawall and retaining wall analysis
  • Project planning and oversight
  • Reserve studies and lifecycle cost analysis
  • Property surveys and condition assessments
  • Drainage, erosion, and settlement evaluations
  • Expert witness testimony

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive property condition assessments.
  • Perform geotechnical research and site investigations
  • Oversee construction materials testing and inspections
  • Assist with soil borings, test pits, and subsurface explorations
  • Apply building science principles in field engineering work

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in engineering or architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel for field work as needed
