As an electrical superintendent - national ops in our evergreen industry, you will have the chance to define how our brand connects quality and resources with our customers. We are looking for a visionary who looks to build their future in a permanent, full-time position, provide an exceptional customer experience and leave a legacy in the specialized federal, commercial, industrial, water treatment, and airfield/airport electrical fields.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
As an electrical superintendent - national ops, you will:
Lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects typically from the ground up through completion. These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including site management of field labor, pre-planning and coordination of the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals
Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction
Reviewing project documents, plans and specifications and directing construction activities, resolving difficulties and coordinating field installations and project closings
Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site specific safety requirements with a zero tolerance to incidents
Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, blueprints, specifications and scheduling needs
Accurately submitting daily/weekly reporting and four-week look ahead schedule
Must Haves:
15+ years of electrical experience on commercial and industrial projects
Experience in a lead superintendent position on projects $15M-$40M in electrical contract value
Experience overseeing projects for automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or food & beverage customers
Familiarity with working with computer systems and ability to learn new software
Previous experience with project documentation and record keeping
Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects
