Budget Analyst

As a financial analyst on our team, you’ll work on a financial management strategy to help your client succeed. You’ll work with the clients to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. 
 

This is an opportunity for you to learn the laws, regulations, and policies that will help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication. You Have: 

5+ years of experience as a budget analyst and subject matter expert for command-wide programming, budgeting, and day-to-day financial management operations of fiscal elements

Knowledge of programming, budgeting, funding, and redistributing for the appropriated budgets and assigned portions of the budget, including planning, programming, budgeting, and reporting for reimbursable funding

Ability to provide oversight of the Schedule 75 process through the II PEG to ensure critical requirements are being captured and presented for funding

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

Experience with serving as a financial liaison between program and managers and other offices involved in mission execution

Knowledge of preparing both recurring and nonrecurring regulatory and non-regulatory resource management and cost reports for both higher headquarters and servicing directorate and garrisons

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,700.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
