We currently have clients in Sun City and in Pflugerville that need overnight 24-hour shifts as well as part-time 4+ hour shifts all over North Austin/Cedar Park/Leander/Georgetown areas.

If you are flexible and available, we are a young, local company looking for individuals who would like to grow with us and gain more responsibilities and potential management experience. We prioritize our caregivers, believing that if you are well taken care of, our clients will be too. If you have a heart for this work and for the people we support, we would love to have you on board. This is a calling, and if you are looking for a paycheck first and do not care about helping people who really need it, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, transferring, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Assist with medication reminders
  • Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
  • Drive clients to and from doctor appointments, run errands, and pick up prescriptions
Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Ability to work 24-hour shifts back-to-back on Fridays and Saturdays as well as weekdays
  • Valid driver's license with insurance (we pay mileage during a shift)
  • Comfortable with clients that have Alzheimer's and/or dementia conditions
