US Trades and Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Florida. As an Excavator Operator, you will play a crucial role in our construction and excavation projects, ensuring safe and efficient operations on site. If you have a strong background in operating excavators and possess the necessary skills to tackle various excavation tasks, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maneuver excavators safely and efficiently in accordance with project requirements and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functionality and identify any repairs or adjustments needed.
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications to accurately complete excavation tasks, including digging trenches, grading land, and moving materials.
• Conduct proper site preparation, including clearing obstacles, removing debris, and marking boundaries, in coordination with the project team.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as surveyors and ground workers, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, accidents, or incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
