Shipping & Receiving Clerk Benefits:

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:

Learn and adhere to the Rosenthal Automotive Policies and Procedures Build and maintain customer relationships, going above and beyond to ensure a lifetime customer Assist with wholesale parts, including inventory and shipping and receiving Obtain brand-specific product knowledge and present the knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience Ability to master product knowledge and present this knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications:

Automotive experience preferred Previous warehouse/stock clerk experience preferred Fluent in English Fork-lift experience preferred Able to lift up 50 to 75 lbs Process and detail-oriented with developed organizational skills Self-motivated and confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize Strong communication skills The ability to work independently with strong time management skills Able to get along with a variety of personality types Willing to think outside of the box to problem solve
