Overview:

Performs general front office coordination, electronic medical record establishment and maintenance, new patient intake coordination and general clerical and secretarial duties to maintain an efficient and productive front office.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred Experience: Medical terminology and insurance plans
  • Required Education: High School diploma.
  • Preferred Education: One two years of college
  • Other: 1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.2. High level of computer literacy and skills. 3. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 4. Experience using a variety of office machinery such as multi-line telephone, copier, fax machine, and postal machine.5. Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of individuals.
