What You Will Do:

Accountable for ensuring proper labor balancing between core areas of warehouse, including receiving, picking, outbound parcels, project warehouse, cycle counting, wire cutting, pipe yard, and loading trucks

Key transfer truck and route delivery facilitator, ensure all orders are manifested, and loaded onto the transfer and route trucks each night

 Primary responder and problem solver for warehouse emails, with a response time of 1 hour

Complete weekly performance reviews of Associates using data driven metrics

Actively engaged within warehouse, providing on call mentorship and problem solving for Associates

 Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on positively motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates

 Maintain and cultivate a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety policies and guidelines

Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

Clear and concise communication skills

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Fluent in North Coast warehouse and system processes

Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others with a quality focus Previous warehouse and driving experience Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level of self and others

· Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) Forklift and stock picker use Warehouse environment Frequent use of computer terminal and RF scanner Usual 40-hour work-week Sunday through Thursday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
