Acts Acquisition & Development Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Construction Laborer position.
In this role, you will work with hand tools and power tools to perform construction projects. Responsibilities include demolition, framing, concrete, drywall, insulation, trim work, painting, and flooring. Responsible for loading, carrying, and prepping material and supplies, as well as routinely cleaning and securing the job site.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
1-2 years of experience in maintenance or construction related field Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA) Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s licenseTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more Eligibility may vary based on status.
