1-800-Plumber+Air is new to Lehi, UT and ready to grow.  We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician that is excited to get in on the ground floor and help build a company known for excellence.  Be part of something big

Responsibilities

The Position:  We focus on residential and commercial service and repair work. This will include basic residential and commercial HVAC repairs, diagnostics, replacements, and maintenance. 1-800-Plumber +Air is very customer focused in providing a high quality customer experience for each of our customers.
 
Requirements:
  • Must have a current  driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to pass Pre and Post employment drug screenings.
 
Job Description:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
  • Present and well solution options to customers for their HVAC issues
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air  conditioning units, and ventilation systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Oversee installers on project installs
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
  • Assist and oversee additional service technicians on sales and installation
  • Maintain appropriate license
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our clients.
  • Train other technicians to do the same and lead by example.
  • (Knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus, but we offer training)
