FSR Analyst - MUST HAVE PALANTIR EXPERIENCE

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced FSR Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with analysts to provide training and mentorship, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop innovative use cases. This role involves solving unique and challenging problems, facilitating collaboration across a global enterprise, and providing both desk-side and classroom training to analysts and operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with analysts to train and mentor users.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases.
• Solve complex and challenging problems.
• Facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise.
• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Conduct training sessions for analysts and operators in both classroom and operational settings.
• Staff the Help Desk and respond to user requests.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues and provide product feedback.
• Assist during daily briefings with senior leaders.
• Support occasional Saturday morning shifts.
• Address Requests for Information (RFIs) and answer questions from senior leaders.
• Identify valuable workflows for analysts and understand their specific needs, applying this knowledge to improve the product.
• Assist analysts in developing and enhancing geo-spatial tools.
• Facilitate insights, informed decision-making, and responses to various operational questions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with proficiency in HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java.
• Knowledge of hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Essential knowledge of Gaia and debugging capabilities in Foundry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Demonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense, including joint capacities and interactions with high-ranking military officials.
• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance required.
