Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Membership Service Specialist to help administer at Classic Image Dance. Our growing studio in Chandler, Arizona focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because Classic Image Dance is about More Than Just Great Dancing®

The Membership Services Specialist is responsible for processing enrollments, providing excellent service, organizing, scheduling, maintaining accounts, and actualizing various long and short term projects within the studio. They will work directly with the Directors, dance faculty, and parents and students.

Hours involved for this position are approximately 11:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday and Fridays 10:00am-12:00pm. Attendance at scheduled events & meetings outside of these hours will also be required. This part-time position will be 25 hours per week with the potential to transition to full-time with benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Process student enrollments, scheduling, and maintaining accounts.
  • Actualize long and short term projects within the studio.
  • Work directly with the Directors, dance faculty, parents and students.
  • Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
  • Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Office management experience.
  • Administrative skills (organization, communication, and professionalism).
