Role Summary

Provides technical expertise through customer presentations, product demonstrations, installation, of company products and solutions. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. May build POCs based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application/solution, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. May provide software development and consultation to customers and/or product capability assessment and validation. Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications. May provide follow-up support to Sales, Ops and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications/solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Be familar with RAN and Radio products, deep understanding about feature requirement, make test strategy and test plan.
• Requirement analysis and test case design.
• Setup End to End test environment according to test plan, including SUT (System under test) equipments and other SW/HW test tools or equipments.
• Case execution, responsible for fault analysis, report product defects, and fault tracking. Work closely with development team to get issue solved in a short time.
• Work in an agile team, give timely feedback about test progress and status, help to improve product quality and left shift mindset.
• Provide support from 5G E2E perspective to internal teams and external customers/partners.

Job Requirements

• At lease 3 years experience in 4G/5G system test for C/U/S/M-planes.
• In-depth knowledge on mobile networks, especially on 3GPP LTE and NR, massive MIMO. Additional knowledge on the core networks is a plus .
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols for 4G/5G L1/L2/L3, especially L1/L2 domain.
• Solid knowledge of End to End system test methodology, test strategy , test plan and test cases.
• Be familiar with vary 3rd party test instruments like spectrum analyzer, phaseshifter, Qualcomm UE, TM500/E500, VSG, VSA.
• Expert in 4G/5G product issue trouble shooting including eNB/gNB/Radio/test instruments.
• Additional knowledge on platform and network vertualization is a plus.
• Good inter-personal and team play skills.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Telecommunications, EE, Computer related.
