Summary:
Responsible to Pharmacy for assuring that the drug therapy needs of the patient are met. Responsible to the customer for courteous, accurate, timely service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required Current Ohio license as a pharmacist by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy required Current registration as a pharmacist by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy requiredJob Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
Provides pharmacy services to optimize pharmaceutical care, provides drug information to patients/health care professionals, exercises applicable legal and professional controls for controlled substances maintained/dispensed, meets administrative requirements of the department, and performs other related duties as assigned.The above statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work assignments that may be inherent in the job.
