o               Import Workbench

o               Setup Workbench

o               Item Templates

o               Import Formats

o               Role Based Security

o               Business Rules

o               Audit Trail workflow

o               Change management and Change Orders

o               Value Sets & Lookups

•                Participate in business requirement discussions, attending business workshops

•                Coordinate with multiple vendors from geographically distributed teams for successful development, testing and deployment of project
