We are looking for exceptional team members who have their Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) certification or are interested in pursuing this certification The RBT® certification is a professional certification offered through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®). The RBT® certification is required for individuals providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in schools. This position includes working 1:1 in the school setting with children and young adults diagnosed with autism or other qualifying conditions.

Work directly with clients and follow the student’s established program/behavior intervention plan for implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures.Establish and maintain effective, supportive, and therapeutic relationships with clients and schools. Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of clients and families.Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the licensed behavior analystDocument interventions and progress towards goals accurately and in a timely manner.Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior intervention plan.Review data and progress reports with the licensed behavior analyst to strategize program improvements.Work collaboratively with the classroom teacher and school team to support student achievement.Qualifications for a BAYADA Behavior Technician:
