ResponsibilitiesQuail Surgical and Pain Management Center in Reno, Nevada, is an outpatient surgical center dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. Established by a group of community physicians, the goals of the founding physicians have not changed since they were established in 9. These goals focus on:
Streamlining the delivery of medical care so it is patient-centered to provide the highest quality services. Making the outpatient surgery experience less anxiety producing. Utilizing the most cost-effective measures for the patient and the healthcare delivery system so we can provide safe and affordable quality care. Providing an environment which is aesthetically pleasing for the patient, physician and employee that promotes patient friendliness. Reducing the risk of infection for our patients by always adhering to the most current safety standards in the industry.This PACU Charge Registered Nurse opportunity is full time at hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. This dynamic PACU/OSS Charge Nurse will is accountable and responsible for the services provided in the Recovery and OSS area and reports to the director of Nursing and may act as the Director of Nursing in her absence.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervises the recovery and OSS staff and oversees the daily staffing Performs or coordinates orientation of new employees in the Recovery and OSS areas Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of and compliance with safety policies and procedures, recognizes safety hazards and initiates appropriate corrective and or preventative measures.Benefits for full and part time employees:

Qualifications
Current Nevada RN license Current ACLS BLS Certificaiton Experience in the PACU area with at least 3 years of exp Supervisory exp preferred
