As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with client needs. This role is ideal for those looking to start a career in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition. You’ll receive full training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find top talent.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and present qualified candidates.
  • Database Management: Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Offer Negotiation: Help extend job offers and assist in negotiating terms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interest in recruitment or HR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or HR is a plus.
