Supervisor, Shift

Shift supervisors are responsible for supervising assigned employees and coordinates the activities of employees engaged on their assigned shifts while ensuring processes to ensure that key performance metrics are safely achieved/exceeded and sustained in a quality manner. This role reports directly to the Production Manager.
