Responsibilities

The Liability Auto Claims Representative is responsible for, but not limited to

Maintaining their caseload, email, voice-mail, and calls daily. Identifying coverage issues, Investigating losses, Identifying fraud indicators, as well as accurately determine liability. Negotiate liability and damages with involved insurance carriers, attorneys, and claimants. Assist internal and external customers with claim resolution by phone, email, and through written correspondence, while providing a high level of customer service. Obtaining and reviewing evidence, reports, medical records, and litigation materials in a timely manner. Establishing and maintaining appropriate reserves. Processing settlements and payments timely.

Qualifications

We are seeking experienced candidates with the following qualifications:

5 or more years of prior experience adjusting personal or commercial auto injury claims Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and computer skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience handling caseloads of 200+ Experience handling more than one State Licensing a plus but not required College Degree a plus but not required
