Filler Operator

Schedule:

12 HOUR SHIFT 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM 2, 2, 3 rotation 24/7/365/Weekends/Holidays

Outline of Job Duties:

Complete daily checklist Perform all hourly checks in MES Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to address run problems efficiently to minimize downtime Follow setup procedures ensuring all equipment are operational at startup Maintain proper weight control Maintain labeling operation and ensure correct label is applied to packages Monitor Hi-Speed scale to ensure proper parameters are used and correct tare weights entered Run sanitation for the traingles on cleaning nights

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Action oriented and the capacity to drive for results Requires the ability to perform basic math skills and read Must be able to lift 35 lbs. at waist height (39") weekly Must be able to climb stairs hourly and ladders/vertical ladders daily Must be 18 years of age Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing Must be able to support 24/7/365 operation including weekends and holidays

Preferred

Prior food industry experience General mechanical aptitude would be helpful
