Are you an Occupational Therapist looking to be your own boss and create your own schedule? @Home Therapy is seeking dedicated independent contracting therapists to provide Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to older adults in their homes. Qualifications:
  • Licensed and Registered: A valid OT License and Registration in New York.
  • Experience: Proven experience in adult OT.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EMR software is a plus.
  • Homecare Experience: Previous homecare experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Interaction: Communicate effectively with office staff and patients.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule your visits directly with your patients.
  • Care Planning: Evaluate patients and develop tailored plans of care based on their functionality.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up visits according to the plan of care and patient progress.
  • Documentation: Accurately document visits in our web-based EMR system, adhering to Medicare guidelines.
  • Compliance: Maintain active credentials and perform all visits in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
