CareSphere, a Home Care Agency, is currently hiring for Direct Care Workers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Personal hygiene and grooming using safe techniques.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe home environment, including house cleaning and laundry.
  • Meal preparation, nutrition planning, and grocery shopping.
  • Meeting the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of clients with respect for privacy.
  • Ensuring compliance with infection control measures.
  • Monitoring vital signs and recording them.

Our goal is to provide comprehensive at-home services to enhance our clients’ and their families' lives. We strive to be home care leaders in the communities that we serve and will continue to do so by being focused on quality, kindness, and compassion. We are certified and licensed by all state agencies and carefully adhere to all rules and regulations governing home care & home health agencies in Pennsylvania.
