Assist individuals who have difficultly performing day -to-day activities, such as housekeeping, running errands, preparing meals, personal hygiene, offering social stimulation and providing mobility support. Working with chronically ill or disabled clients in a home environment or care facilities.

Promptly conduct documentation of each task through cloud-based software, clock in and out of shifts through designated electronic device. Use effective communication under HIPAA concerning progress or situations of a client to upper management. Practice standardized methods of infection control, documentation, interpersonal and external care giving skills.

* Must be 16 years old or older

* Current and valid Immunizations-chick pox, hepatitis B, MMR and TDap we encourage Covid-19, flu, HPV and Shingles (age appropriately or wavier of refusal signed).

* TB skin test results-Negative no less than 3 months

* CBRF Certification or CNA Certification or CDCP Certification

* Reliable transportation Must be able to get to work on a timely and consistent basis

* 2 forms of identification

Must present or sign a statement that you are physically able to preform personal care worker job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Applicants who reach employable status must successfully pass a drug screen test before placement on the schedule.

Must not be a legally responsible relative of any client assigned. Must posses strong ethics and be able to speak, write and understand English.
