Position: Paid Internship

Internship Overview:As an intern at The Springs Living, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated teams in various departments, includingbut not limited to:

• Activities and Events:Contribute to planning and executing engaging activities and events for our residents, fostering a sense of community and well-being.
• Health Services:Learn about the delivery of personalized care services, including health assessments, medication management, and resident well-being.
• Operations:Gain insights into the day-to-day operations of senior living communities, from front-line services such as culinary to administrative tasks including business office and sales.

Requirements:

• Students pursuing careers in Healthcare, Business, Public Health, Hospitality, Psychology or Social Work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Must be a current college student or recent graduate.
