Position Type:

* Prospective employee hired for this position will receive a $3,000 sign on bonus. The employee will receive the first third of the bonus after the successful completion of three (3) months of employment, the second third of the bonus will be awarded after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment, and the final third will be awarded after achieving a satisfactory rating or higher on the annual performance evaluation.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in social work, psychology or a related field with appropriate licenses, or a psychiatric RN with appropriate license. Minimum of at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a social services role (required) and at least two (2) of management experience (preferred or recommended). Act 33/34 (PA State Criminal and Child Abuse) Clearances and FBI Clearance. Valid PA driver’s license and driving history of three (3) years with MVR required.
