OR Anesthesia Assistant

Job Summary:

Supports the Operating Room (OR) and Anesthesia Departments in assisting with patient care under supervision of an RN or Anesthesiologist, establishes and maintains inventories, prepares anesthesia stations, generates charges for anesthesia department, maintains anesthesia equipment, and functions in the Unit Clerk role as needed.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

One year of experience in Central Supply or Operating Room is preferred

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Basic knowledge of math and clinic skills required.
