SUMMARY

:

Provide Industrial Engineering support to Manufacturing and Process Engineering in various Fab process areas in an ISO compliant, class 10 Semiconductor Fabrication Facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze Production tools and processes and develop accurate capacity models. Analyze Production data using various data sources primarily through SQL queries and reports. Build and maintain accurate capacity models for production processes using established SQL databases. Participate in a cross functional team where your responsibility is to ensure the capacity needed is understood and in place on the production floor. Use standard software applications (MS Office, Tableau) for creating reports and documenting procedures. Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of the factory reporting and scheduling software (FPS). Participate as needed in the training of Fab operators and others. Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost. Work overtime as needed to accomplish the duties and responsibilities required of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering. Able to function in a clean room to make direct manufacturing observations as needed. Must have some computer data analysis experience (Oracle, SQL, Advanced Excel Macros programming), Microsoft Visual Studio (.NET) or Business Object reporting Must be self-motivated and able to work well in a cross functional environment Must be well organized and have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives, company policies and have excellent time management and organization skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Versatility and ability to work on multiple tasks Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows-based software Experience with the concepts and practices of Theory of Constraints, Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
