Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions. Ensure guests have a delightful dining experience by attending to their needs and requests. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and tact.Qualifications
